The 35th edition of the Toulouse Latin American Film Festival, which concluded on April 2nd, saw outstanding Colombian participation with ten films in official competitions and sections, 11 productions in a unique program dedicated to contemporary Colombian cinema, two projects in Cine en Construcción, and the participation of several Colombian guests. Colombian films in competition received three awards.

Argentina and Colombia assume the Ibermedia presidency
María Fernanda Céspedes, head of the Audiovisual, Film, and Interactive Media Department of Colombia's Ministry of Culture, and Nicolás Batlé, president of Argentina's National Institute of Film and Audiovisual Arts, are the new presidents of the film and audiovisual aid program in the region.

Colombia in Malaga and South by Southwest
In March, four productions were featured in the 26th edition of the Spanish film festival and six in the Texan event. The Long Game, a recipient of the Colombia Film Fund, was honored with the Narrative Spotlight Audience Award.
