Winners XII Macondo Awards

Once again, the Colombian Film Academy held the Macondo Awards to recognize cinematographic, artistic, technical and narrative excellence in our cinema. The ceremony was held at the Teatro Santander in Bucaramanga on Sunday, November 3. El otro hijo by Juan Sebastián Quebrada and Memento mori by Fernando López were the most awarded productions of the night.

National Film Critics Meeting

The ENCC continues with its on-site modality at the 16th Cali International Film Festival - FICCALI. 12 selected journalists, writers and content creators will participate in workshops and roundtables related to film writing.

Colombian presence at IDFA

The 36th International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) will be held from November 14 to 24, with the participation of a large Colombian delegation of female producers and directors; and several projects in the industry sections. In addition, Mónica Taboada-Tapia will be a jury member in the Best Documentary Short Film competition.
