Deep in the Caribbean, on the banks of the Sinu River, Angel (76) lives with his family. In the village it is rumored that Angel has a pact with the devil and that he is a despicable and dangerous old man, they say that he inherited from his father secrets of the mountain. With amulets and prayers he acquires supernatural powers and can defeat the strongest man. He has not put them into practice for some time, because of the misuse of witchcraft in his youth. His ability to be in two places at the same time is getting out of control. An atmosphere of astonishment and uncertainty has been generated in the population. The old man seeks help in Christian rituals. He knows that one of the solutions to calm his uneasiness is to bequeath the powers, but no family member wants to receive it. One of his grandchildren is interested in the mysterious power, follows him, spies on him and witnesses mystical moments. Angel knows he must make the best decision before he dies in order to leave the earth in peace.
