PRODUCTION COMPANY: Guerrero Films
GENRE: Documental
RUNNING TIME: 90 min
STATUS: Post Production

Georgina, a trans wayuu woman, crosses the desert of La Guajira and seeks to reconcile with her family. On this return trip, she witnesses the abandonment of the Wayuu people. Facing her family, she was banished to live far from her town in the middle of the desert. Now in her old age, she has decided to look for them to heal her wounds without knowing how she will be received by those who still live. The story of Georgina, the first indigenous trans woman recognized by the State, is a legend of rebellion, rude resistance, and reconciliation. A metaphor for the times we live in Colombia.
