Founded in 2006, Séptima Films is an audiovisual and film production company with national and international experience. Among his films are LA PLAYA D.C. (2012), debut feature by Juan Andrés Arango, premiered in the “Un Certain Regard” section at Cannes and X-500, premiered at TIFF and San Sebastián (2016). Séptima Films has been associate producer of GENTE DE BIEN (2014) by Franco Lolli and co-producer of N.N. (2014) by Héctor Galvéz, A PLACE CALLED DIGNIDAD by Matías Rojas (Chile) premiered in Tallinn 2021. In 2020 he premiered Jorge Andrés Botero's debut film AFTER NORMA, and created the fiction series LAS IGUANAS by Frank Benitez released in 2022 on HBOmax. He currently has the feature films LA ESTRATEGÍA DEL MERO by Edgar de Luque and EL ROJO Más PURO by Yira Plaza O’Byrne in post-production; while developing THE WALK by María Gamboa, ROBERTO AND THE COMEDIANS by Verònica Font, HOW LIFE CHANGES US by Mario Andrés Ruiz. and the 10,000KMS series by Juan Andrés Arango and Jorge Andrés Botero.
