Monociclo Cine is a young production company based in Medellín (Colombia), focused on the development and production of films. Its members have been working together since 2009. In 2016 they released their first feature film Los nadie which opened the 56th FICCI and won the audience award in the 31th Venice Film Festival's Critics' Week. Their last short film Swamp has been selected at the festivals of Venice 2017, Sundance, Clermont Ferrand 2018 and among many others. They are currently working on the postproduction of the second feature film of Juan Sebastian Mesa, La Roya (The Rust), written in the Residence of the Cine foundation the Cannes. They also have begun to produce new local talents, such as Yennifer Uribe with her first feature film called Sandra.

En 2016 estrenaron su primer largometraje Los nadie que inauguró el 56º FICCI y ganó el premio del público en la 31ª Semana de la Crítica del Festival de Venecia. Su último cortometraje Tierra cortometraje ha sido seleccionado en los festivales de Venecia 2017, Sundance, Clermont Ferrand 2018 y entre muchos otros. Actualmente se encuentran trabajando en la postproducción del segundo largometraje de Juan Sebastián Mesa, La Roya, escrito en la Residencia de la Cinéfondation Cannes. También han comenzado a producir nuevos talentos locales, como Yennifer Uribe con su primer largometraje llamado Sandra.
