Synopsis

“Shit! We are rich!”, Perlaza screams when he finds a bag with over 46 million dollars from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) buried in the middle of the jungle. A true story based on actual events in Colombia in May 2003. The story describes the dreams and adventures of Porras, Venegas, Lloreda and Perlaza, four soldiers in the “Destroyer” battalion of the anti-guerrilla army. They start getting desperate when they find themselves totally isolated because the bridge that connected them to the rest of civilization has been destroyed. Everything is ironic, surreal: the soldiers have no food or water, but they are lying on bags full of money. Their challenge: to get back to civilization and make their dreams come true.
