Synopsis
Catalina, a poor girl, sees how her peers with ample bosoms are more likely to flourish by attracting drug dealers. To enter this “heaven” and escape a destiny of waitressing, she seeks Yessica and other silicone-breasted friends who, acting as pimps, hook her up to parties where sex and drugs are the rule. But Catalina has one problem: her breasts are too small. She searches desperately for the 5 million pesos for the operation, against her boyfriend and mother’s advice. After several unsuccessful attempts, an unscrupulous doctor finally performs the operation in exchange for sex. With her new implants, Catalina finds paradise in the name of Marcial Becerra, the drug dealer she marries. But paradise soon turns out to be hell: an infection leads her to discover the dubious origin of her implants; she discovers that her old boyfriend and her mother are lovers; and most importantly, her implants rot. At the loss of the silicone treasure, the husband seeks refuge in Yessica, while Catalina plans her revenge with the aid of an old love.
