Synopsis

Michael, his wife Jennifer, their son Daniel, and Michael’s father Gabriel take a trip to a cabin in the Appalachian Mountains, where Michael will be doing some work as a geologist. At first Jennifer is very reluctant to stay, but only the next morning, when Gabriel goes missing, does she really begin to fear for her life and her loved ones. While in the woods searching, Michael and Daniel find an old kennel, but no sign of Gabriel. As the story goes on we discover that the kennel was in fact used as a cage to keep a young girl....and at night....she still comes out.
