Synopsis

In a village located near a river, it has been raining continuously for several days. There, in an old house that serves as a boarding house, lives Andrés, a twelve-year-old boy with a motor disability. Sandra, his mother, is experiencing deep heartbreak due to the abandonment of Andrés' father. Despite adversity, Andrés is an intelligent and tenacious boy who has not lost hope of regaining mobility in his legs. His desire, inspiration, and the constant help of Solara, his nanny, are his main motivation. She took refuge in yoga and meditation to try to heal her life after experiencing very traumatic events. While teaching Andrés meditation and yoga, she encourages him to regain his mobility. Fire in the Rain is a story about how fate tests our ability to overcome adversity.
