Description
The Jardín Film Festival was born in 2016 as a space to reflect on the country's most pressing issues. Since then, its staff has organized curatorial programs and academic seminars on post-conflict, heritage, peasantry, and in 2022, corruption. This year's edition led by Antioquian filmmaker Victor Gaviria features the slogan "Corruption, the collapse of the spirit," focusing on this issue that seems widespread in Colombian society, affecting it across scales. Inspiration for the poster came from Fernando Botero's work, who questioned the country's monsters and traditions using his style and wit.
