This festival provides a picturesque setting for Colombian directors to come together around films shot in this historical location or screened at other festivals. The festival’s founder and director is renowned Colombian filmmaker Víctor Gaviria. Each year a different theme is chosen to guide selection of the films and the topics for conferences and roundtable discussions.
