Description
The XII Cali Short Film Festival is a short film festival with a young and irreverent spirit that provides a meeting space between university filmmakers and young people from around the world in Cali. Interested in exploring narration and audiovisual exploration regardless of technique. The filmmakers compete for the Golden Claw award that alludes to the country's first rebellious film and that was designed to highlight and boost the strength of new filmmakers by transmitting ideas through cinematographic language.
