The Colombian co-production by Thai director Apichatpong Weerasethakul, produced by Diana Bustamante and shot entirely in Colombia, will be in the Official Competition of the Cannes Film Festival, which will take place between July 06 and 17. The film, recipient of the Colombia Film Fund (FFC), stars Tilda Swinton, accompanied by Colombians Juan Pablo Urrego and Elkin Díaz, and France's Jeanne Balibar.

Within its Competition includes the co-production Amparo by Simón Mesa and the actress Carol Hurtado participates as part of the Spanish film Libertad by Clara Roquet.

The 2014 FDC Comprehensive Stimulus winning film was shown commercially in 100 cinemas in Russia.

The project directed and produced by Clare Weiskopf and Nicolas van Hemelryck is one of the ten selected for this program of the French Institute that will be held at the next Cannes Film Festival.

In April, the film Kally's Mashup A Very Kally Birthday! was filmed; a film based on Nickelodeon's Kally's Mashup series, which is supported by the Colombia Film Fund (FFC) and the production services of Laberinto Cine y TV.
